Nanjizal is both dramatic and beautiful, a tiny, isolated, granite cove. There is a cleft in the rock through which the Atlantic powers at each high tide. This collage captures that rare moment at midwinter when late sunshine fills the cleft with brilliant golden light and the waves are flecked with gold.
