Stream Boulders with Spring Flowers

The streams in West Cornwall are golden as they flow down from the peat moors and over warm coloured granite. In spring the boulders in the shallow water are thick with green moss and the loveliest burst with colour as flowers emerge, primroses, celandines and violets. This textile collage has the rich variations in texture of lush spring growth contrasted with the shifting light that shines from the water that wraps around the boulders.
