Penwith Hedge in Spring

Spring is when Cornish Hedges are at their most glorious, with an abundance of Cowparsley, Red Campion and Bluebells. Here the hedge is topped with Sorrel, another of our lovely flowers, with the added bonus that the leaves are delicious to nibble for their sour taste.
