Pale Buzzard taking flight

Driving any of the small roads in the far west of Cornwall there are Hawthorn trees sculpted by the wind. These provide perches of Buzzards in a landscape were trees of any kind are rare. Inevitably at the approach of a vehicle the bird will take flight and I find it a magnificent sight.
