Mossy Banks of the Kennal River

This textile collage celebrates the extraordinarily beautiful temperate rain forests, including those along the Kennal River. 

I visited in May when bluebells were in flower and ferns unfurling among a rich array of mosses. There had been heavy rain, and so the river crashed through the wooded valley. Both drama and serenity.
