Butterfly Orchids, Monte Sacro

There are many enchanting orchids growing among the limestone boulders of Monte Sacro. None are more beautiful than the Butterfly Orchids with their outspread skirts. Many other plants also grow on the mountainside including the deep blue Grape Hyacinth I have added to this collage.
