Growing on Serpentine rock, the flowers above Kynance Cove on the Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall often only found in that part of the county. This is particularly true of Bloody Cranesbill that nestles between lichened boulders of Serpentine with a backdrop of rich blue sea.
